Became eerie in the blanketing darkness.
The sun had set hours ago
Yet a huddled mass sat on a swing,
Cold and shivering.

She wrapped its arms around the child,
As swirling demonic beasts
Dancing amongst themselves on the cement
And chattering trees swayed in the chilling wind.
In the big sea of black night a light appeared,
